Will very samll things stay in place? with dividers in place, everything stays in the compartment you put them in. Even the box is carried in a vertical orientation in this method and I have never had any issues with items moving about inside.

What to do if the box is damaged or the dividers are missing? Due to the high-intensity collision in the long-term logistics transportation, the box may be damaged, you can contact the seller to ask for help.

Is the box waterproof? can you safely store tpe lures in it? This tackle box is pretty waterproof and has 3 seals. I see no reason why it wouldn't be worm proof and depending on the size you get store whatever type lure you want it to.

Can all of the dividers be removed? There is one fixed that goes the width of the box on one end. Basically the one shown dividing the large and small area. The rest you can place as you see fit.(Show in picture)
